  • discharge without cal is like punkrock with keyboards..

    just doesnt cut it

yeah saw them on thier first usa tour..

  • All of you shut the fuck up. I respect Rat for keeping Discharge going. Sure, Cal did have a great voice, but he was just a fucking metal head asshole. We don't need his shit. Be happy that Bones is back too.

  • @JeffBecerra1 Are you the real Jeff Becerra from Possessed? I love 'Seven Churches' and, I'm from the US, but I went to Wacken Germany in '07 and was pumped to see Possessed playing and they fucking kicked tons of ass! If you are that's goddamn cool you like Discharge.

  • The band i was in at the time supported Discharge on this show.

All those "real punx" who sat down whilst we were rocking out because we wern't cartoon punks and didn't look can suck dicks.

When was hardcore about what you looked like?

Stoke scum for life FUCK YOU.

  • grave new world and massacre divine are fucking brilliant albums the same as everything else they did BEFORE rat joined. rat is shit in discharge. they are boring live, see them frequently over here.

  • @doberfag I was just asking because I was wondering if they were changing as they toured, I saw their last UK gig before their tour and first when they got back, what a difference. They wouldnt play any tunes except new hair ones, no encore, the reaction wasnt good. Cal got soaked with a fire extinguisher, funny flyers were going around with 'Disgrace-the joke from Stoke' including new poodle photos of them, they were hit by missiles and the venue 'caught' fire.

    The night ended early.

  • dont know, dont listen to poodle bands and i am not from los angeles, but they probably changed like everyone else did in 85-86 and went "metal" crossover. when they finally came to USA when i saw discharge the first time they werent metalish but it wasnt 1980 either,

i can only say what i saw bud and it was discharge on first USA tour playing shit from hear nothing see nothing l.p. and it was awesome. now last time i saw discharge here in USA it was cal dancing like axil rose and no bones

  • @doberfag wasnt it that tour that transformed them into a Poodle rock band after getting courted by the west coast hair spray Poodle metal bands? No offence to you meant (Im assuming your not a Poodle).

  • @veganarchism I know this is probably a stupid question....but what ever happened to Cal? Is he still alive? Sorry the last half of the 80's as well as the first half of the 90's was a partial blackout for me. But now that I'm back I want to know dammit...LOL! DISCHARGE RULES!!!!

  • DISCHARGE OWNS!! LOVE EM' ANYWAY THEY DISH IT OUT!! I REMEMBER THOUGH WHEN THEY WENT ALL GLAM BAND (I SAW THEM BUYING SPANDEX AT PICCADILLY CIRCUS AND IT ALMOST BROKE MY HEART...BUT THIS, OF COURSE, IS SOOOO MUCH COOLER!! LONG LIVE DISCHARGE!! THIS BAND WAS A *HUGE* INFLUENCE ON ME FOR SURE. NOT SO MUCH THEIR MUSIC, BUT THE LIFESTYLE AND ATTITUDE THAT I ADOPTED AS MY OWN ALONG WITH MY GENERAL REBELLION FROM SOCIETY AND THE STATUS QUO. GROUNDBREAKING, UNIQUE, AND HEAVY AS HELL!! LOVE IT!
