@21GreekGirl: trim tabs haven't been out, only drive trim. In this video 1/4, maximum speed of 72 mph was reached at 1/2 trim. Water temperature at top speed was maximum 160°F but I only go minutes 1/2 trim with full speed.

yes, single engine Mercruiser 496 Magnum, meanwhile tuned up by CMI headers and ecm recalibration ;-)

Speed: You are right, speed was 64 mph before engine tuning and prop change, now speed should be more than 72 mph on gps...
