wait so you have to put another color underneath the shatter? and what colors are good for underneath?

@TheGLOSSette you first put a nailpolish color of your choice and then you can put the shatter nailpolish on top of it and it will dry up with the shatter effect :)

no joke lipsmackers seriously are moisturizing considering people think its kidish who cares and they are cheap too even their clear lipglosses are moisturizing too
