I don't know what country you're talking about, but in my experience most venues do not require you to sit. I went to see Sex MachineGuns on Japan a few months ago and it was all standing, with some wild moshing going on near the front.

I like all kind of metal, i have seen lot of bands, from kiss, deep purple, GNR to deicide, sadus, hirax, and show ya is something special that goes #1 in my WANT TO SEE list. They sure look like hair metal, but that guitar playing is not hair metal, keiko in stage is amazing, and the whole band makes a great work. Its sad that they are sooo underrated just because American audiences want it all "just English please" morons... Lita ford is pop like britney spears, compared to show ya ...
