@Nebula735 i didnt know that...i thought that since i have the same body on 00 mgm as a 03 marauder that i could find a crashed marauder in a junk yard and swap out the ecu and that would be it..i didnt know that the 5.4 will bolt right in with no problems ..i know that "hardballer" makes a performance intake manifold for the 5.4l swap you should check it out so you dont have to use the 4.6 intake manifold on it....you should get a 5 speed in her to....there a guy on here that has one

@TheSleepermgm Ouch that's much more work than mine, I already looked into it, and noone wants to do that because it involves ripping out the interior and engine bay to swap out the ECU or PCM I dont remember but it's a lot of work. with a 5.4 its basically just a block swap, and reprogram the computer to tell it it's no longer a 4.6 but a 5.4 which is easy.

@Nebula735 sounds fun....lol...when mine blows i am going with the 4.6l 4v cobra engine just like the marauder .....then get a twin turbo remote mount kit from sts turbo to push out a good 450hp +.....

@TheSleepermgm Alright! Thanks for the info once again! I'm looking into swapping a 5.4 Longblock into my 03 Panther since it's an easy bolt in. With the help of Crownvic(dot)net it should be easy.

@Nebula735 i think its the same cam but nick will have a cam for your 5.4l 2valve......i think he has them for sale on the page but if not i know he can make you a set.....

@TheSleepermgm Wow thanks, I'll get in contact with him!, do you think these cams will work well with a 5.4 2v? Since they are the same heads and all would these cams work just as well with the longer stroke of the 5.4 I guess is what I'm getting at?

@Nebula735 go to modularheadshop,com for the best cams you can get.....your power will not come from lift but from how soon and how long the valve opens on the 2 valve heads....mhs cams are the best for the 4.6 2 valve sohc 281 cid "pi" or "npi" heads....email nick with what you are doing to your car and he will help you with the best bullet cam for the 2 valve..his heads and cams are on the world fastest npi na mustang.....
