Hey does anybody know how to remove the menu shortcut screen from this phone whoever answers first will get adobe photoshop free from me thanks.:)

@kittles156 alright uhm i had this problem to what i did was called customer care- 1 800 331 0500

talk to a customer service professional tell them your problem they will probably have you turn your phone off and they will reset it, dont worry you wont lose anything on your phone, they will reset your connection settings which allows you to retrieve and send MM messages. then when they ask you to turn your phone off it shoul work and they will have you test it out, call on a diff phone not yours

@1972paintballbeast i have the flight, what you have to do is turn your phone off wait a few seconds load back up your phone then try retrieving the picture message.
