@drennegarbe111 I'm very sorry someone forced you to watch at gun point my video as it would seem from your response, I personally do not condone violence of any sort and would feel quite bad if under duress you were forced to educate your self with my videos. If not under duress I"d like to inform you that I wasn't aware you personally would be watching the video because you weren't in the room at the time I shot it and my intentions were to help the greatest number possible.

Bluwhodesign, its never easy to receive negative feedback. I hope you will receive this in the positive and respectful way it is intended. Your tone of voice in this video sounds very sarcastic, as though you are talking down to the viewer. This may be why so many have left negative reviews.

When doing a simple "How to" it helps to keep it clear, easy to follow, uncluttered and fun. Being new at anything brings out uncertainty and lack of confidence. Noone enjoys being treated like an idiot.

@FrugalMummy I'm a very sarcastic person as a matter of fact, I don't necessarily think of this as a negative due to the fact many successful comedians are also sarcastic. Now if I were to go in the opposite direction and just state things point blank I would then receive countless critics pointing out how boring I am, there positively is no winning with YT audiences. I don't understand why people would take it personally being that I never intended it directed at any specific person.

Wow. It would be really nice if you wouldn't teat people like they are complete idiots. I, too, enjoy sarcasm but this "helpful how to" video shouldn't be where it's used. This was completely useless as my machine doesn't have oiling holes. Perhaps you should stop making every other word "uh" or "like", try the spell check and actually provide useful information instead of a dusting demo.

@NellySpencer Why is it that people feel so inclined to insult those whom offer them help for free? Is it that I"m not personally antiquated with you, are you having a bad day, or are you just one of those people that don't tip waiters at restaurants because you can? Are you just trying to have fun, or do you make your self feel better by trying to hurt others feelings, maybe your an insecure person and you took sarcasm as a personal attack. Funny, I did read my manual before looking this up. I was simply looking for some advice for greasing my machine, since it's old and hadn't been used by the previous owner (who I bought it from) for a decade. Your video turned me off because you immediately assumed your viewers "don't read." These days, it is perfectly acceptable to gain information and learn by personal or video instruction, reading, classes, etc. We are utilizing all our resources, and that is far from lazy.

@Bluwhodesign you need to concider your audience here. no1 watching a video about sewing machines are going to being looking for sarcastic humor, they want information that will help them.
