  • I was thinking of getting back to training, in the gym, getting mass and also strength training. But I'm kinda of hesitant since I work the graveyard. Is it okay to still train even if you work at night and get sleep at day?

  • @illeststyles As long as you are getting your sleep you can train when ever. Follow your nutrition and listen to your body. WIth mass building make sure that mass is useful muscle. Good Luck and train hard!

  • This might be a dumb question but...Are there benefits to using Rings as opposed to the straight handles used with a suspension trainer such as the TRX? Thanks

  • @bkedp It's great to use both. We have the TRX and the rings. I prefer the rings for Muscle Ups and Chest Movements. Both allow you to do exercises the others do not.

  • what kind of shoes are u wearing and is those shoes worth getting

  • @vepost They are wrestling shoes and they are worth getting. Awesome to train in

  • nice workouts and really advanced.

  • @bkedp Rings are awesome, for muscle ups, hand stands etc, can also be used for push ups and the like too if you want.

They're also not a total rip off....

  • True strength bro. This inspired me to keep working on my abs lol

  • I don't think people get how hard a swiss ball squat is... almost impossible. Great job keep it up!
