I agree. Combat in EVE should be nowhere except in 'Outside'.

Stations should only offer more capabilities for Roleplaying and Socializing, Corp Meetings and such. Not more, not less.

In order to capture 0.0 stations, they should incorporate dust. Then people could have fighting on stations all while not screwing over people playing in highsec.

@jimerick1 it's coming out in the summer expansion...that's probably gonna be may 2011, maybe june since it might require more work than the usual summer expansions.
