@wckf4ever if you are a beginner than it is NOT ok to swing them.... but as you start getting more advance and using higher weight than you can. but you shouldnt do that for every rep. only for those reps than you need to get like the last 3 or 2 reps..otherwise you need to go down in weight

my question is while you're doing those bicep curls. Is it good or okay to "swing them up" or should i avoid that?

I want to look like Rob! My goal is to get similar results of an athlete muscular body. Not too like bodybuilders but somewhere in between.
