EDIT: No, it's not really Stephen Hawking's joke or voice. It's just something two guys put together one day, and it's nothing more than a random amalgamation of various concepts from a physics book.
Also, the creators of the video are aware of Hawking's genius and actually admire him. They do not intend to make fun of him with this joke; they intend to make fun of your mother.

THIS IS WHAT HE ACUALLY SAYS............. your mother is so fat when she stepped on a scale her acceleration from rest resulted in the force between the two conductors of 6.0 to by tensor conflex to 23 minutes newtons by per minute and the magnetic flux around the close curve was proportinal to the aljebric some of the electric currents flowing thorugh that close curve.
