Just a bit of fun. Let it be known that the creationist in the video, Anthony

although as nutty as a fruitbat at times, is someone I completely trust to not overreact. I cannot say the same for many other Biblical literalists I have encountered on YouTube.

Evolution is a very, very slow process. If you actually observed wildlife for 65 million years, you would never notice any change, because every generation of lizard, for example, would look exactly the same to you. Therefore, even though there would eventually be a massive change in the wildlife, it would seem the same to you, because you never noticed the changes happening. And thus, the birds look like dinosaurs to you.

and it's true because when you grow up with your brothers and sisters you see them on a day to day basis and don't realize the transformation in the way they look in the face. it's only when you look a pictures of them from previous years you realize that they look different. so imagine evolution which is millions of times slower.

A weaker example would be watching growth of a city or a tree. Cities and trees don't grow overnight, but in the passage of years and generations.
