Contraction at 4 cm

During this contraction I am listening to my jams and talking to my Doula. It's early, this is an easy one.
I really wish that we had video at 6 cms, but sadly I couldn't get the words out at that point.

How did you like the birthing ball? I am 16 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I am planning on having a drug-free labor. With my 1st, I had an epidural...Anyway, I plan to use a birthing ball.

@bleepbleepblah The birthing ball was great, it really took the pressure off of the pelvis! Walking was harder, but leaning over the bed was very helpful as well. Good luck!!

i don't know how you were able to talk normal during that contraction by the look on your face it hurt like hell i wouldn't be able to talk at all.
