Lovely. You (flute) are the only voice that can alternate between the character of a solo voice (use more vibrato) and the character of the organ (stagnant non-vibrato).
Using more vibrato can create more contrast. More musical ideas emerges as you interact with the voice, and stand out in solo passages. Using softer stagnant tones identifies you to the domains of the organ, an accompiment.
