Bear in mind English is the third most spoken language in the world so shouldn't be surprising that all of them speak it. Although in Omi's case, he wouldn't of been exposed to English due to his life as a Xiaolin Monk but the others would have and Clay speaks English anyway, it's his native tongue.

I just asumed that the all learned Chinese before they went to china....but I'm not sure how other charachers (like le mime) would know what they're saying. hehe.
