This song entitlled "Thirty One" is the result of some ambient noodlings while messing around with my PRS Custom 24 SE (25th Anniversary model) and my Pod HD500. While the piece is original, it is heavily inspired by the great Devin Townsend.
Most assume on listening that the amp model used for the tone is the Fender Twin, but is in fact the Vox AC30 model. The only FX are the nice long Cave Reverb and a subtle digital delay.
I recorded the track using the XLR outs of the HD500 into an Alesis Multimix 16 USB2.0 Desk while running Cubase 5.
The only post editing is a mild fade out at the end.
