@killerwaz88: unlucky.... I bet u went on monday tho, as I AVOID that day. as I seen fights and people throw bottles/bricks at the floats on that day.
sunday is much less crowded,pretty safe and is family day.
I been carnival for over 12 years now, and never had any problems there myself.

I only went to the Notting Hill Carnival once, my two freinds got mugged and assulted by a gang of west-indian youths - NEVER AGAIN GO TO THAT NASTY CARNIVAL AGAIN. It's just full of muggers, druggies and criminals.
