  • This video is a total fail, you haven't explained anything about "beefing" up the string sample or using the multiprocessor or whats even happening during the compression process, all you have done is told me to select a preset....

  • Hi @usedforbattle

Thanks for the feedback. The purpose of the tutorial is to give you an idea of what tools you can use to add more character to string patches. We will definitely be taking your feedback into consideration for future tutorials to make sure you get more out of them.

Let me know if you have any specific questions I can help answer.

  • thumbs up if you think this guy sounds like Mc'lovin!!!!!!

  • I thought the Multipressor was meant for the final mastering process as it handles many sounds at once? Hence the name Multipressor. What I like to do to my strings is to add a reverb from space designer, two sample delays, a little bit of attack, and some EQ. It makes it ultimately realistic but that's just me...

  • Is this Guy for real or is he just stoned! If he's stoned then yea i get the funny side. If he's being serious then to be honest my cat could give a better demonstration on how to beef up my strings. I mean i dont even think this guy knows how to write a string patch let alone use a compressor to make it sound better.

  • better logic studio tutorials available @ sflogicninja channel

  • oh man this is bad

  • Omg shitty shit, I shit myself when seing this.... crap..

  • The examples of the strings sound like they are clipping...

  • cant really hear anything :(
