I'm must make this receipe. It looks fantastic. The orange you use, what kind of orange is it! It looks like blood orange as we call it here in Holland. Or is it just orange you use to make juice? Love your recipes. I hope to see more recipes from you.

@junior42885This is ordinary orange, Navel or something. IThe color looked red because the camera setting make is a bit unrealistic.

it looks good, but i might use boneless/skinless chicken instead. you also get more flavor per surface area of chicken if you cut the chicken into smaller pieces. if you use whole pieces of chicken with skin you're really just flavoring the skin...not the actual chicken.
