I hate goodbyes especially when neither of them really want to leave. Kai's goodbye was unbelievably both sweet and sad and I suppose if Erica should be with anyone then maybe it should be Adam. I hope Dr Tom says goodbye to Erica before he goes too which looks like is on the cards. It really does feel as though it's all coming to an end :(

I love Adam and wanted him to "win," but also loved Kai--and they ruined/lamed out his character in season 4. Truthfully, I think both of these guys need their own shows with new girlfriends who haven't gone from awesome and empowered to slutty and annoying.

@TVfreakist I have to agree with you, that felt like a misstep. I don't mind Adam, but I never really liked him and Erica together. Kai and Erica had finally grown to a good place but he was the only one who could see it.

I really didnt like this epsiode. I think the writers missed something here. I think it would be different if this wasnt the last season but they have a limited amount of time to wrap up Erica's story. I just don't like Adam... Oh and I have a theory on Dr. Tom. What if in the future Dr. Tom quit and forgot everything about therapy, even Erica. Or he was in the bombing that day. Just thinking of a reason furture Erica would have cried after seeing him.
