The traffic lights are all switched off in Pyongyang. This is how they control traffic instead.

I'd hate to drive in N Korea. I can't understand their signals. One wrong turn and you'd probably get arrested and thrown in a concentration camp forever.

American traffic police and police in general don't work for people. they are trained predators whose main job is to trap motorists into making minor mistakes and write multiple summons with hefty fee and taxes attached to it. they specially target the immigrant nonwhite cabdrivers. this is why America imports so many slaves who are here to do the hard labor and pay taxes so; the whites can enjoy their lives. American dream is fake like "weapons of mass destruction".
