@damhooligan Yes, it's Dutch. I first learned about them after reading David Hembrow's blog and I was intrigued. I bought one after much research and they just posted in a big box, fully assembled. It's beautifully made.

@damhooligan Hi! Fancy seeing you here :) I received the Mango in December 2010 so yes, it's quite new. I've already put almost 4000km on the odometer though!

@KrunchyJD I know what you mean. Speed signs for cyclists are silly. It is easy to cycle at a safe speed depending on how many people are around. Here in Brisbane many cyclists ride though Southbank at breakneck speed, dinging their bells incessantly, as if that is all you need to do... fools.
Great video (as usual). Have you thought about fitting a speedo on your bonnet/hood, so we can see what speeds you're reaching? I can hold 25mph on the flat on my recumbent with shorter 30mph sprints, and on a steep downhill 40+......but I'm guessing you're going a fair bit quicker?

@PedalPowerPanther I cruise on the flat at about 30mph (45km/h) or so and downhill I can go really fast. The fastest I've been in my Mango is 101km/h (see the Canungra Ride video).
