@thefrankus I'm really curious how well it'll output with that compression ratio. Those L92 heads are like 70 cc or so and then the -7cc from the dished lq4 pistons would equal about 9.5:1. I'm currently building a LQ4 swap. I've built the short block but trying to pick heads now. Those L92 heads flow very well but the combustion chamber is too large unless i go turbo. Id like closer to 11:1. So far I've decided to go with ported 5.3 heads to reach 10.7:1.

@AGearHead4Life I was afraid of the compression ratio too at the beginning, I did have the heads milled to make myself feel better. I wanted to be around 10-10.5:1. Looking back on it all now, I should have done something cheaper for I could have been at this point sooner :) Which link were you trying to get to work?

I don't know what the MPG is on the truck yet, still doing body work on the truck before paint.

I'd say I have 4500+ in everything the way it is, which of course I got some deals on parts and traded out work on others..

Knock sensor plugs are installed, no knock sensors under them. Didn't want any dirt making its way through the valley plate, but also wanted the ability to have everything there if I go EFI in the future. Truck is shaping up, been working interior/exterior on it. Recently put in a 14 bolt rearend, had the axles worked to be 5x5 lug pattern.
