  • @mrbellization if they wanted to know if she had a criminal record or anything they should of run the tags on the vehicle. They had no right to pull her over in the first place. For what? You know why they pulled her over? as a part of a RANDOM search. The kind of search that is "unreasonable" The cops are NOT within their legal rights to randomly check if the drivers of vehicles are criminals or carrying a license.

  • Ok, driving a motor vehicle is NOT a constitutional right. You MUST carry a license, registration, and insurance when you are driving. The cops probably overacted, but she did not show her license to drive so it's reasonable to stop her driving.

Also, the video says "they pull over a housewife w/ no criminal records" as if it's proof the police are in the wrong. She refused to identify herself so they have no idea who she is.

Walking would be a different story.

  • SHE SURELY HAVE MORE BALLS THAN ME

  • The 4th amendment protects a person against "UNREASONABLE searches and seizures". Only a total moron thinks that asking for license, registration, and proof of insurance is an unreasonable request.

    (1) How is this cop supposed to know that the woman doesn't have a criminal record if she won't show him ID?

    (2) The cop didn't pull her over and immediately tell her to get out of the car. He did that after she refused to show him proof that she was even allowed to drive a car in the first place.

  • @blackjerryboymetal fuck you fuckin propaganda idiot

  • We need to disband the supreme court. They're the next worst thing in terms of TSA.

  • It sure would be nice if the cops would read the constitution. Then think what they read. But no.If they did .They would have to quite there jobs.

  • Get PPL, Pre-paid Legal...and you can simply say "if it is your intent to detain or arrest me...I need to call my attorney". Find them online....and get them...about $17 per month...with a legal shield...much needed NOW.

  • WRONG! She was not exercising her constitutional rights. In Delaware v. Prouse 440 U.S. 648 (1979), the Supreme Court allowed discretionless checkpoints for driver's licenses and registration. The officers were right.

  • @armypenguin thats what i was thinking to it is kinda strange when i got busted for somthing the cops started going through some of my internet stuff and they started talking about how on this one blog i called myself an anarachist when i never said anything abotu that, kinda odd huh
