  • Increase funding for Title II international food aid to $2 billion. Title II is the U.S. government program that uses U.S. agricultural commodities to meet humanitarian food needs overseas. Of that funding, 50 per cent or $600 million should be strictly reserved for non-emergency long-term developmental food aid programs.
