The Dubai Ports Deal was such a phony controversy. The opposition tried every trick in the book to make it look like the UAE, much less PRIVATE citizen-run companies, was somehow connected strongly to al Qaeda. Of course, none of their shit was true, but we lost that deal b/c of it. God I really hate how dumb my fellow Americans are sometimes.
