Chicago Graffiti - Art or Nuisance?

Graffiti - it's been the center of controversy for decades. Now new murals and anonymous tagging in Chicago and the suburbs have people talking again: is it art or nuisance?

this is fucking stupid.. without tags there is no such thing as graffiti.. tags are the roots or the base of graffiti its always going to be there. oh and maxomills2nd your a fucking idiot u obviously dont do graffiti. graffiti is basically about self advertisment and ego if you dont get up theres no point in even trying dude. the tags on the window have nothing to do with being a toy its just another spot to get up on...

ok it starts out with a tag then comes a throw up then comes a burner and then comes then piece and then the mural so all graffiti artist do that from tags to pieces =/ i dunno about the window scratching toys do that stupid shit

You can tell anything from the handstyle of a tag.

ROME and FLASH do not need to anymore seeing as how theyve gotten up and situated.
