Polly Headbanging

My cockatiel headbanging to Anthrax/Public Enemy "Bring Da Noise". He's a real cool bird.

Update: This is how Polly learned his headbang move: He was perched on my index finger with a shed tail feather held in front of him (he loves them because he probably thinks they're from another bird or something). When held like this, he is liable to sing and talk. Then, the person holding him bounces him or the feather gently up and down. It helps to make the "clicking" noise you hear at the end of the video, along with your own gentle headbanging/bobbling (wouldn't want to scare the bird).

Polly's about eleven years old now, and very happy you guys all love his moves and charm :)

Birds are freaking great!! I have had them my entire life, people always say they have no personaliity yet they are soooo wrong, they just do not know because they. have never spent time with them They have as much character and personality as a dog or a cat ;)
