Till now we have learned how to create simple crowd simulation and linking animated objects to crowd delegate. Created an insect crowd scene.
This part will focus on creating a motion flow graph for a biped using motion capture data (*.bip files) and using this motion flow graph to associate bipeds to crowd delegates and creating a biped crowd simulation.

  • great tutorials! thank you!

  • @turner006 - Glad to know I was helpful in someway. Have a great time ahead. :)

  • @rdcmoodyboy I got it working with your BIP files so it must have been something wrong with mine. Thanks again for all your help it's much appreciated!

  • @rdcmoodyboy Yep I've got them! I'm going to have a mess around with it either tomorrow or Friday and I'll let you know how I get on :) Thanks so much for you help it's really appreciated!

  • @turner006 - I have sent you the Bip files used for this tutorial, all animations are not that easily controlled , you may have to create complex motion flow graphs. I believe using these bips which I sent, you shall be able to get same results as mine.

    Good luck. :)

  • @rdcmoodyboy First of all thanks for the reply! It's nice to see people who do tutorials actually get back to you when you have a problem. I'll get you a picture of my Motion Flow Graph for Thursday morning. I can't figure out whether it's something to do with my MF graph or my actualy animations themselves. Could you possibly send me the BIP files you used in this video to my email? I know you did it a long time ago so don't worry if you can't. My email is turner006(@)hotmail(.)com. Thanks!
