Philosophical Love
An original dance piece created and directed by Brandeis student Justin Becker and choreographed by Justin along with fellow peers Ariella Silverstein-Tapp and Alysha Bedig.
The piece discusses current issues surrounding the homosexual community in China and how the philosophies of Confucianism and Daoism pressure gay men in China to marry women and bare children.
Premiered on December 10, 2008 at Brandeis University.
