To use the term "Born Again Christian" only reveals our ignorance of what a Christian is. When it comes to spiritual matters, we tend to complicate things that are much simpler when accepted as is. This is just one of many examples of religious redundancy or over-explanation.

  • got a point,,,,, in english, people says that,,, in spanish,, you just say, i became crhistian,,,,, me hice cristiano

  • I was ready to refute you before I listened. I do agree with you. The reason many use the expression is that they hear so many say, "I was born into such and such a church," and many say they are Christians and yet deny they have ever had a spiritual rebirth. We are all on different levels of our spiritual path. Those not yet "born again" but following Jesus the best they can, will most certainly be 'born again" someday.

  • your ignorance shows that you look into the words or name there of more than u look at the perception of Born again" meaning i was once born and lived, died and sinned and was given new life in way of finding Jesus and accepting him as my Christ and savior. Born again-i was lost and dead and now im found and alive in Jesus
