Spitzer you ass clown.. what is this he is trying to say now.. it was his way of dealing with the u.s.'s loss of control over its borders. How does..these (illegal) immigrants deserve drivers licences and the privilages of other citizens become control over the borders. Fucking ass hole this was a blatent attempt to get their votes, and to enable them to vote illegally.

It's obvious Spitzer has more on his mind for illegals than just getting drivers licenses, otherwise a NON CITIZEN drivers license could be issued, as in other states. His goal is to give illegals the ability to register to ILLEGALY vote.
