@prettyknight9285 For you it's as instinctual as eating food but to many of us, we don't have that perk of simply "knowing" what to do and when to do it. By having a structure, a person who's less successful with women doesn't have to worry about "what to do now?" and it flows better.
and you said "picking chicks = i like you you like me" well, these guys are teaching how to make the "you like me" part. That is the struggle.

I see what you are saying there is no golden rule or hard fact that supports this....but think about it. During day game if you are trying to make out with the girl for 5 minutes you are basically saying that you got your fix from her and used her. By not giving into tongue or full blown makeout you are saying that you are willing to walk away from women and you do it all the time. This will create some more interest from the girl and also leave her wanting more
