"The Carpenter Case" re-enactment made for Professor Yamazaki's Class- Cross Cultural Management.

Story:
Tom and Jane Carpenter are a young couple living comfortably in a New England town in the United States. They have three children: Mary, Jerry and Ann. Tom works at the HQ of a major manufacturing company as an executive department. He has an excellent salary and very satisfied with his job. Tom is intelligent, sensitive, ambitious and known as a good family man.
Personal Character: Tom is the practical member of the family. Jane is the dreamer, she is pretty, energetic woman, a good wife and mother and active member of several committees and volunteer groups.

How the story develops:
Tom now gets an opportunity to relocate him to Latin America and wants to be one of the top executives to be selected to go to South America in the new expansion of his company. Tom comes back home one day and discusses with his wife about the offer Mr. Abbott, the president o the company, had offered him the key position in Latin America.
