Hemmingford Ski-Doo Ride

Out riding with Wes'n'Wes in the Hemmingford area Saturday the 5th just after the new snow, really nice. The conditions were a bit slippy-slidey on account of the fresh snow so I paid particular attention to corners but despite my prudence I almost ate a stump at around the 2:20 point of the clip(placemark on map). I took this corner a bit wide since in 98% of the time (only for me) there WILL be on-coming traffic and my right ski got pulled into the deeper snow: ca-clippy, just bearly missed the ass-end of an over-turned tree. Glad I was doing only 30 KMH as another 5 woulda put me head-first into the woods. No worries though, the tree right after the stump woulda broken my fall. Needless to say for the remainder of the trip I took the corners at 29KMH. We then had a great lunch at Witsend Pub.
