Social networkers scared of scam as identity theft hits Russian sites

Internet users looking to boost their social life have run into an unexpected danger. Cases have come to light of identities being stolen from people with accounts on popular Russian networking sites. RT's Staci Bivens finds out how the scam has spread and what protection - if any - could be found.

Who in their right mind would post personal information about oneself for all the world to see? For all we know, this concept was developed and fostered by government agencies. Use common sense. Keep your privacy.  Do not let them take that away from you.

I tried to get the internet unveiled. I believe that social sites are natural but that there should be reports on things of concern. It's kind'of like when you scream down the street how the police come, disturbing the peace. I've had some people turn 3D. It was annoying. People hate me.
