No, you're not concerned that she's had an inordinate number of her rulings overturned in higher courts. Among all the comments posted here, the word "racist" is used once, and the word "racism" not at all. So to whom are your referring? By voting against her the GOP lost 1 Senate Seat in Nevada, 2 in Arizona, & 2 in Texas.

not worried about her race or that she is a woman .....she has been the most overuled judge........she's had a majority of her rulings overruled in higher courts....it is about fair judgement . i am glad to see a woman and a hispanic nominated .....her rulings is what i am concerned about
