  • @Bleep877 Yup...but it was a demonstration video...they kinda assumed you could work out that you had to do 8 sets!

  • this a 4 minute workout but the video is only 2 minutes long....

  • Some negative comments here, listen up, this type of training has been backed up by science, it will take your fitness to a new level, 4 mins, that's so easy, well boys & girls incorporate this into your programme, without getting too technical, it trains the lactic & Vo2 capacity of the body, meaning massive improvements in any other sport you do,

    Have you got the bollocks to do it flat-out!

  • This guy obviously doesn't CrossFit...squats we all "no rep". Burpees we all "no rep"....the rest was just, um...well, you can see.

  • Don't burpees involve a jump at the end?
