I vote for not increasing the debt ceiling in the US -- but for a different reason. [By the way, YouTube is not allowing comments on this vid. They have been having issues, so this may not be deliberate. Keep the comments coming. I'm reading them; I just can't approve them. If this is just a software glitch, they will fix it eventually.]
