The remedial action to correct overflow problems on the Bardstown Ky Town Creek trunk line has again failed to keep up with the volume of water. The water was running blood red from "Mad Dog" manhole through all the manholes south of it. I am pretty sure this is dye that is put into the sewers from the local "Greeting" card printing plant. Today it just happened to be RED, I have seen every color of the rainbow with the exception of blue.
