Medieval times during 100 years war.
Castille made a peace with England ending their part in 100 years war in 1387.
I this great battles like Najera & Aljubarrota on land & Winchelsea & Margate on sea.
England enjoyed some great victories over France's early ally.
England prevailed & crowned a king of France in Paris & very nearly had King crowned of Castile too! Castile as result signed a treaty ending their participation in the 100 years war & only had to deal with Castillian merceneries & pirates.
England on other hand had gained an alliance which still stands to this day & that's with Portugal.

  • Battles like Aljubarrota where actually Portuguese victories with English support, longbows like you showed. You weren't very clear about that, apart from that what can I say, this alliance created many habits, from drinking tea to kicking Spanish ass, and the occasional Frenchies with their shenanigans.

  • were English or Britanics ?
