Of course Jesus wasn't white. He was an arabic man or an hellenic, but not totaly black. Israel was arabic in this time. Just the romans who has the power over the land we're white. That's why european mosaics show Jesus as a white man.

@jdnmlm the reason why I believe there is so much debate about Christ's colour is because he never existed. He could be any, all, or many colours. We'll never know because he's not coming back and none of us where there to witness.

Jesus Christ was balck, pre-Michael Angelo pictures of Jesus in Europe are black.
