@germanicdogman Like you I've encountered worse and I have reported a couple of incidents to the police in the past, one of which they followed up. The response was without an independent witness there's nothing they can do, hence the reason for the camera. In this case I did nothing whatsoever to prompt the initial abuse but of course did rise to the challenge later when I caught him up. An understandable reaction perhaps but the right thing to do is to let it go not to do what I did!
