alot of folks say LeBron will get the MVP due to his stats and the teams record in the end. If thats the case Kobe should have got the MVP in 00-01 and 01-02 and 02-03. You can't just give Bron the MVP for his stats. Otherwise he and wade would get it virtually every other year. Bron doesn't make his teammates better as Kobe does. Passing the ball and hoping your mates make it doesn't mean you make em better. Kobe gave it to Pau at the end against Celts and they win. thats trusting your mates.

LBJ=MVP, his overall game is way better than Kobe's. No doubt Kobe was LAST years MVP, but LeBron's been jipped of MVPs before, and this years his year. He's already better than Kobe, and Kobe's a no doubt HOF, but now it's LBJ's time!!!

i think kobe's gonna be the 2009 mvp.lebron needs more time to be better and more focused like kobe.both are great but in the future lebron will be awsome but kobe is just gonna be even greater i dont see why people compare them.
