I had the same problem with RPVST. It worked fine until I configured it on the last switch then I got a broadcast storm. Packet Tracer is nice but there is no sub. for real equipment. As far as this video goes I don't why you fill half your switch with trunks. I would think 2-3 would be fine. Also it's hard to see what your doing. If i did'nt already know what commands you were typing I would'nt have watched the video and you could edit out some of the 5 minutes of connecting cables. Keep postin

Do you know if the RSTP works on Packet Tracer? I've got some weird behavior and seems to be correctly configured. I am running Packet Tracer 5.3.0.0088

@ticossauro Even i configured RSTP in Packet Tracer with portfast enabled on access ports and it wasn't working properly.......there's certainly some problem with PT...............nway i will try once more if it works i will upload it.

@ajiteshraj hey i configured RSTP in packet tracer.........it was acting weird until i save my configuration file and restarted the packet tracer.........it worked fine.......rstp works in packet tracer u just need to save ur current config and restart packet tracer!! GOOD LUCK!!
