Wow! When i first played this game, saw this intro i knew something was different, some divide between diversionary video games that tickled you and kept your attention the way a mobile keeps an infant entranced and the attention when you're completely wrapt in the story, the character; when wanting to know what happens next is more important than earning points. Was this the first game with cinematic scenes? Dunno. Dont care. The game along with the soundtrack sent/sends chills up my back.

Man I love this intro, probably my favourite game intro ever. Would love to beat this game one day but those last 3 bosses can go fuck themselves.

OMG I remember when my dad bought me this game for my birthday but he didnt let me play it because it was too late at night and I had school the next day.. I remember asking him if I can just watch the intro.. I watched it several times and thought it was the best game EVER! I could not sleep that night LOL

The reason why he was wearing a light orange tint is because it was once a white suit, but over the ages he has killed so many, stained the ninja suit with so much blood...
He never washed the blood off in remembrance of his fallen adversaries. Instead of being dark red, or bright red, the blood has rusted off and on that fated night, the moon's light shone upon him, reflecting a bit of blue to give the off-tint of...Orange.
