A couple of friends of mine invited me to go fishing at a local lake outside of Soldotna on the Kenai Peninsula, so I brought my camera along. Although Minnesota is called the land of 10,000 lakes, Alaska should be called the land of 40,000 lakes. These were experimental high-speed takes I took of my friend casting. The high-speed is a special feature of my Sony HDR-HC3, which allows me to take three seconds at around ninety frames a second. Bruce is actually quite a good fisherman, however, every time I was shooting video, he screwed up in one way or another, so I assembled a humorous compilation. Enjoy.
