  • Sparker....you don't know what you're speaking of. Tenure is due process...there's a million ways to eliminate bad teachers, unless of course you are a bad administrator. Teachers are required with certification levels to go well above and beyond that of the private sector. Rutgers put out a study that compared to the private sector, public sector employees make over 5% less. People like you aren't happy until everyone's lawn is as brown as your's. Good luck and enjoy the ignorance.
