Arsenic is actually a very poor choice of poison as it can take weeks to kill someone. During that time you would also have to be poisoned repeatedly so no one drop does not cause instant death. It is however carcinogenic. Now nicotine is also carcinogenic but one drop would indeed kill you, and kill you very very quickly.
