Exactly, I got a few things done, like the tree limb that broke in this last storm, I used the arm, and broke it all the way off, so now my van will not keep getting scratched on top every time I drive under it. I cleaned up a mess left here be the previous owners, and I think the place looks better now that that has been done :-)

Did you build a moat around your house so the water won't flood you out?

No, but I did work on that issue, by digging a little ditch to get the water going where it is supposed to go instead of coming down to my area.
